Massage services are by appointment only.
Please arrive on time for each scheduled appointment. If you are late to an appointment, your treatment time will be adjusted and end on originally agreed upon time. Payment in FULL is still client’s responsibility as the Therapist has reserved the full appointment time for you.
NO smoking or alcohol consumption on premises.
No unattended children or pets are allowed during an appointment. Please make alternative arrangements prior to arriving for your session.
Appointments may be secured by a Credit Card #. You may choose to either keep this as the form of payment or pay by cash or check after your session. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, cash, or personal check.
Payment in full is due at time of service.
We do not accept insurance at this time.
We DO NOT offer breast massage.
Draping will be utilized as required by law. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If at any time during your session, you feel uncomfortable, you may end your session.
Children under the age of 18 will be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
ANY comments, gestures, or suggestions of a sensual or sexual nature will not be tolerated. The session will end immediately and client is responsible for full payment of scheduled session.
I reserve the right to refuse services to anyone that is intoxicated, has a contagious illness, or for any other reason I deem necessary.
In the event of a returned check, there will be a $30 returned check fee. No other sessions will be scheduled until balance is paid.
The massage session is NOT a replacement for medical treatment.
It is the Client’s responsibility to inform the Therapist of any health-related matters and changes to such since latest visit. Client will not find Therapist at fault for any problem resulting from the lack of information disclosure on Client’s part.
Cancellation/No Shows:
We require 24 hours notice when canceling your session. Once your appointment is scheduled, that time frame is not offered to any other client.
Client is responsible for the full amount of any missed sessions in event of late cancellation or no show. If you have a session scheduled and will pay by redeeming a Gift Certificate, the holder forfeits that Certificate if they do not give required notice or if they do not show for scheduled appointment.
